Kunwu Heavy

We are a fabrication and machining works in Hebei, China, working for equipment manufacturers — cutting, welding, stress relief and machining under one roof, with engineers reading every enquiry.

General machining bay: double-column machining centres and vertical lathes working under the overhead crane

What we're built for

The plant is laid out for one thing: taking a heavy weldment from plate to finished machined assembly without it leaving the site. That means the cutting, the welding bays, the stress relief furnace and the gantry mill are all under the same crane runway.

It also means we are not the right shop for high-volume sheet metal or small precision parts, and we say so.

What we don't claim

We don't have EN 1090-1 yet — it is in progress. We are not certified for pressure equipment. We don't cast or forge. And we don't say "any material, any size", because nobody can do that.

Kunwu Heavy and Kunwu Kettle

Kunwu Heavy and Kunwu Kettle are brands of the same company — two product lines, built at two different works. Kunwu Heavy makes heavy weldments and large machined parts to customer drawings at the works described on this site. Kunwu Kettle supplies hot-dip galvanizing kettles from a separate, dedicated kettle works.

Company facts — who we are, how to reach us — should read identically on both sites; where they don't, tell us. Plant figures will differ, because the plants do.
