Mining and Bulk Handling Equipment Components
Most of what we make for this sector fails by abrasion rather than by load. That changes the material, the joint design and where you are allowed to put a weld.

What we make for this sector
- Feed chutes and transfer points in NM400–NM500 and comparable grades
- Liners and wear packages, bolted or welded
- Crusher and screen frames, machined after welding to hold the bearing bores
- Conveyor drive bases and pulley shafts
- Bucket and body components for haul and loading equipment
These are machinery components, not construction products. EN 1090 CE marking does not apply to them — the relevant standards are ISO 3834 for the welding quality system and the welder and procedure qualifications.
Project pages are being prepared. If you want to see comparable work now, ask and we will send the relevant dimensional reports and photographs under NDA.
